1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sudoku Leader (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Website or use our puzzle tools.

2. Global Leaderboard Rules & Fair Play

We built our Global Leaderboards and XP system to foster a fun, competitive, and honest community. By logging in and participating, you agree to the following rules of fair play:

• No Automated Bots: Using scripts, auto-solvers, or automated tools to artificially inflate your XP, daily streak, or solve times is strictly prohibited.
• Account Integrity: We reserve the right to reset scores, remove XP, or permanently ban user accounts that are found to be exploiting bugs or manipulating the Firebase database.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login credentials used to access the leaderboards.

3. Intellectual Property & Printables

All original code, site design, solvers, and proprietary algorithms on Sudoku Leader are the intellectual property of the site owner. However, we love sharing our puzzles!

• Free Personal Use: You are highly encouraged to generate, download, and print our PDF Sudoku grids for personal use, classroom education, and family entertainment.
• No Commercial Redistribution: You may not systematically scrape our puzzle generators, mass-download PDFs to compile into books for resale, or commercially distribute our grids without explicit written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is”)

Sudoku Leader is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive to provide lightning-fast, bug-free tools, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely error-free. We do not guarantee the mathematical absolute perfection of every generated puzzle, though our algorithms are rigorously tested.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sudoku Leader, nor its owner, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and change the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
